BIRMINGHAM (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex inked a three-year agreement with Los Angeles-based AEG to help the BJCC bring entertainment events to Birmingham.
AEG, will assist in bringing major concerts and family-oriented shows that have in the past skipped the BJCC.
Under the agreement approved August 20th, AEG and the BJCC will share 50 percent each of net revenue from events, according to The Birmingham News.
"We won't make any money unless we accomplish our goals of increasing overall events at the BJCC," Sims Hinds, AEG's senior vice president of business development told The Birmingham News. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
