LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Osaka-based Yoshimoto Kogyo, a major Japanese talent agency, has pacted with Creative Artist Agency to collaborate in a variety of areas, including the management of entertainers and athletes as well as the distribution of films, television and other content.
Yoshimoto Kogyo President Isao Yoshino said he believes that the partnership with CAA will bring his company to a new stage.
Yoshimoto Kogyo is a major player in the Japanese entertainment industry and represents a roster of more than 750 artists, including most television performers, particularly in the world of Japanese comedy.
They also operate a number of major theatres around the island nation. Of late, they have also been increasingly interested in film and digital content projects and operates television recording studios in both Osaka and Tokyo.
