Carlos Keyes and Red Entertainment will become APA New York. Keyes will be vice president of the APA music department and will be in charge of all international

presence."
Prior to starting Red Entertainment, Keyes was president of American Talent Agency, international booking agent at Artists & Audience and Pyramid Entertainment.
