Just like Central Park's Summerstage in Manhattan — a series of free concerts and paid benefit shows — Brooklyn's Celebrate Brooklyn! at the Prospect Park Band Shell has inaugurated its first paid benefit show with Clear Channel Entertainment promoting Emmylou Harris on Aug. 7.
