NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Comedian Dave Chappelle is set to return to Radio City Music Hall for a month-long residency this summer.
Starting on August 1st, Chappelle will perform a series of shows at the venerable entertainment venue, with a selection of special guests throughout the run including The Roots, Chris Rock, Erykah Badu, Trevor Noah, Childish Gambino, and Ali Wong, with more to be announced.
This won't be Chappelle's first run at Radio City. In 2014, he sold out 10 consecutive shows at the venue, selling more than 60,000 tickets.
Chappelle famously disappeared from the world of comedy after he walked away from his highly successful show on Comedy Central in 2006, but he's returned in form in recent years and staged a pair of successful Netflix specials, and a record-setting sellout at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Casino. – Staff Writers
