Dileo Facing Another Jackson Lawsuit

LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — A Trinidad and Tobago-based media company has filed a new lawsuit against Michael Jackson's former manager Frank DiLeo other defendants, alleging that Dileo has yet to return a deposit for a Jackson show.

According to Radar Online, Citadel Limited claims they paid Dileo or his associates a $300,000 deposit via wire for a show that was made impossible by the singer's death in June of 2009.

Citadel claims in their lawsuit that their contract with Dileo included the clause: "If there is a cancellation due to any circumstances that are beyond the control of the Artist, Company, or Purchaser, a make-up date will be discussed for the canceled events or full refund will be issued if acceptable date is not agreed upon."

Citadel Limited claims that Dileo and his associates have declined to make good on the purported $300,000. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
