Evolution Talent Agency Closing

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — On the heels of Jonny Podell’s recent exit from Evolution Talent Agency, located in New York, comes news that the agency is closing.

CelebrityAccess has learned that ETA founder and principal, David Zedeck, and agent Nat Farnham, are headed to Creative Artists Agency's growing New York office, which includes contemporary agents Joe Brauner and Mario Tirado, and theatrical agents Michael Cardonick and George Lane.

“These new additions reflect both the continued success and growth of our music department as we celebrate their twentieth anniversary this year,” said Richard Lovett, President of CAA.

“Our goal is to continue to build a strong team dedicated to representing our clients in the best way possible," said Rob Light, managing partner and head of music for CAA. "The addition of David and Nat will enhance and strengthen our client services.”

No word yet on where the other ETA agents, which include Craig Bruck, Phil Egenthal, Samantha "Sam" Kirby, Eric Podwall, Sandi Schaffer, and Eric Wilson will wind up, or where the agency's acts that are not under the wing of Zedeck, or Farnham, will land.

Stay tuned for more details as they become available. — Jane Cohen and Bob Grossweiner
