STURGIS (CelebrityAccess) – The owner of the Full Throttle Saloon has revealed plans to rebuild the venue at a new location.
According to KEVN Fox News, club owner Michael Ballard is planning to build the new Full Throttle five miles down the road at a location formerly known as the Spoke Campground.
The campground will now be known as The Pappy Hoel Campground, in honor of J.C. Hoel, the founder of the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
The original Full Throttle burned down in an overnight fire in September. An investigation ruled that the fire was accidental.
