ORLANDO (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Paramore played to a sold out Hard Rock Live Orlando on Thursday and lived up to their billing as Hard Rock’s Artist of the Year. The Franklin, Tennessee quartet wowed the crowd with a powerful set comprised of hits off their gold album Riot! and a cover of their soon-to-be touring partners Jimmy Eat World’s "Sweetness", according to Hard Rock News.
The darlings of the 2008 Hard Rock Annual took home their hardware before the show and donated the smashed guitar from their video for "crushcrushcrush" and a stage used microphone.
"We’re gonna have a guitar on the wall," singer Hayley Williams told the crowd. Hopefully it’s the first of many pieces from Paramore that find their way onto the walls of Hard Rock. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
