ATLANTA (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Atlanta-based rapper Young Jeezy has been hit with a lawsuit after allegedly failing to post for a scheduled gig in the Virgin Islands.
According to the suit as reported by TMZ, Paid 4 Entertainment claims they booked Jeezy for their Summer Splash 2011 event which was set to take place on June 18th. However, a scant two weeks before the show, Jeezy allegedly backed out of the date due to a scheduling conflict.
Paid 4 Entertainment contends that they hastily moved Jeezy's performance to the following day and even hooked him up with a private jet so that he could make the show, but allege that the performer never arrived for the flight.
Paid 4 is seeking $75,000 in damages for fraud and other charges from Jeezy. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
