According to Nadine C. Hamden of HMS Entertainment, “Pace and Heffron Talent International have agreed to take the winner of The World’s Greatest Unknown Comedian™ and book them in comedy clubs.”
Pace is the Head Booking Agent and Director of New Venue Development for Heffron Talent International, one of the largest talent agencies in the world dedicated to comedians and comedy events. “Joel and his team book over 2,000 comics around the country. In addition to prize money and notoriety this is an incredible break for the winner,” adds Hamdan.
The World’s Greatest Unknown Comedian™ is an international talent search hosted online by FilmStew.com. Although the competition doesn’t formally launch until May, it has already drawn over a million hits on FilmStew.com and hundreds of entries according to Hamdan.
