Justin Bieber Sued Over Alleged Phone Incident

HOUSTON (CelebrityAccess) — A Houston man has sued Justin Bieber, claiming that the Canadian pop star destroyed his cellphone.

According to the Associated Press, Robert Earl Morgan is seeking $75,000 in damages from Bieber, who Morgan alleges grabbed his cellphone and smashed it after Morgan recorded Bieber unsuccessfully gulping from a beer bong at a club following a concert in April.

The suit further alleges that Bieber was a "novice" at drinking from the beer bong and managed to spill beer all over himself in the process.

Bieber's manager, Scott "Scooter" Braun, did not immediately respond to for comments from the AP.

Bieber is currently on the road with his "Purpose" world tour and is playing at the Barclays Center in New York on Wednesday night. – Staff Writers
