WHISTLER, B.C. (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — KISS's management company has filed suit against a concert promoter for $1 million dollars after a canceled gig.
According to the Vancouver Sun, the lawsuit contends that Vancouver-based Big Mountain Concerts offered the band 900,000 for a Sept. 15th gig but never actually secured a suitable venue.
KISS's management company, McGhee Entertainment, claims that the band was ready and willing to live up to their obligations when the show was killed on Sept. 3rd, breaching a partly written and partly oral contract and seeks damages fro "injury to their respective reputations." – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
