LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Lindsey Buckingham, the former lead guitarist of the iconic rock band Fleetwood Mac, has sued his former bandmates, alleging breach of fiduciary duty, breach of oral contracts and failing to act in good faith for the band’s farewell tour.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by Rolling Stone, Buckingham is seeking monetary damages, including what would have been his share of the proceeds from the tour, as well as interest and court fees. He’s also seeking the establishment of a “constructive trust” to “oversee interest, proceeds or monies wrongfully appropriated” by the Fleetwood Mac partnership.
