SEOUL, South Korea (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Japanese folk musician Lisa Ono will return to Korea to perform traditional American and Irish folk music the Korea Herald reported.
The appearance will be in support of her new album "Jambalaya-Bossa Americana" in which she focuses on traditional western folk and country music, drawing from both American and Irish traditions.
Her previous concert was primarily bossa nova music from her first album "Romance Latino"
"Her second concert will be very different from the previous one" said Kim Myung-bum, a PR officer with concert organizer, Mastmedia. Kim added that Ono will charm Korean fans with songs such as "Take me home country roads," "Jambalaya," "Danny boy" and "She wore a yellow ribbon."
The Jambalaya tour 2006 will begin in Korea at the Seoul Arts Center Concert Hall on November 1. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers.
