(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Live Nation and Jacobs Investments Management Company Inc., owner and operator of the Nautica Entertainment Complex, have announced an exclusive booking agreement to be the official concert promoter for the Scene Pavilion.
The venue opened its doors in 1987 under the name of Nautica Stage with a performance by Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes and Belkin Productions remained the exclusive concert promoter at the venue for 13 seasons. Belkin Productions, the former local promoter brand has been renamed under the Live Nation banner effective January 9, 2006.
In addition to booking concerts at Scene Pavilion, Live Nation has signed a long-term agreement with Forest City Enterprises, owners of Tower City Amphitheater, and will now be responsible for managing both concert venues. The Tops Great American Rib Cook-Off and Music Festival, Tops KidsFest and Bigelow Chevrolet Taste of Cleveland will remain part of the Tower City Amphitheater summer schedule. Downtown Cleveland is one the few markets in the country that has two boutique amphitheaters for concert aficionados to enjoy live entertainment.

In addition to booking both Scene Pavilion and Tower City Amphitheater, Live Nation will also be responsible for accompanying duties including the advertising and promotions of concerts and festivals, the selling of VIP box and premium seats and implementation of corporate sponsorship sales.
