BEIJING (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Promoter Live Nation has reportedly slapped a cease and desist order against a Chinese promoter who'd been taking non-refundable deposits for holds on Lady Gaga dates in China.
According to the blog China Music Radar the Chinese promoter had taken at last 3 bids at 30,000 a pop and was attempting to solict more.
