Live Nation's 'Ice House' Headquarters Building Sold


LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Beverly Hills Ice House Investment Ltd. has sold the Ice House, the 44,673-square-foot Beverly Hills office building that serves as Live Nation's corporate headquarters to Tishman Speyer for an undisclosed amount.

Beverly Hills Ice House Investment Ltd. a partnership between former CAA CEO Michael Ovitz Bob Goldman, CAA's former CFO, and Bill McGregor had first been reported to be in negotiation with Tishman over the sale in April of this year. Tishman also recently acquired and is currently renovating Hilton Hotels' former 184,305-square-foot corporate office complex, which is adjacent to the Ice House with hopes of creating an entertainment-related office park.

First built in 1925, the four story 'Ice House' was originally used as an ice storage facility. The building saw a major overhaul in 1995 and was most recently sold in 1989 for $10.5 million according to CoStar Group information.
