Mad Booking & Events Celebrates Fifth Anniversary

(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Since its launch in 1999 from company founder and President Marcie Allen Cardwell’s dining room table, Mad Booking & Events has grown into a staff of more than 15 with offices in Atlanta and Nashville in five short years. In addition to booking and producing college concerts, festivals and corporate events, Mad Booking has created three summer concert series – Nashville's Bridgestone Dancin' in the District, now in its 12th season; Atlanta's Aquafina On the Bricks, back for its fourth year in Centennial Olympic Park; and its newest, McDonald's Sessions at Merriweather, at Merriweather Post Pavilion in the DC/Baltimore market.

What we have accomplished as a team in five years is truly amazing to me," says Cardwell. "Our rapid growth results from an incredible group of supporters. Everyone from agents, managers, media, and corporate sponsors have really made what we do a reality and we are so thankful."

"With everything we've encountered over these first five years, we're in a unique position to handle a variety of different projects in the future," says Laura Valente, vice president, Mad Booking & Events. "If the whirlwind of activity over the past five years is any indication of what's to come for the next five, we have quite a ride ahead of us."

Among Mad Booking’s accomplishments and highlights are:
