Nat Annamalai Expands his Role at HFA


NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Harry Fox Agency has announced the expansion of Nat Annamalai’s role to Vice President, Business Development & Revenue Assurance. Previously he was Vice President of Revenue Assurance.

In his expanded role, Annamalai now works closely with Business Development to identify and pursue potential clients for HFA’s Administration Services offerings, which provide back-office rights administration and transaction advisory services. Annamalai will work with the Business Development team on customized services to suit clients needs, and work with HFA’s Finance group to generate pricing models.

In addition, Annamalai will continue to direct the efforts of the Royalty Compliance department, inclusive of developing and implementing reporting and system applications to ensure royalty compliance examinations are conducted in an optimal manner on behalf of HFA’s clients.

Annamalai continues to report directly to Al Pedecine, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HFA. In connection with his Business Development role, Annamalai will have a reporting relationship with Michael Simon, Senior Vice President of Business Affairs, General Counsel and Chief Strategic Officer.

Prior to joining HFA in 2003, Annamalai was the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for GES Exposition Services, Inc., a leading tradeshow and exhibit services provider. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Communications Group at Caribiner International.

Before joining Caribiner, Annamalai was the Vice President & Treasurer at PolyGram Holding, Inc. He was responsible for the review and analysis of new artist projects, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business development. Annamalai came to Polygram after several years at Thorn EMI, Inc., where he held a number of positions, the last as Treasurer and Corporate Controller. He was instrumental in supporting several major music label acquisitions and joint ventures, while structuring related capital and debt components.

Annamalai earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an MBA from University of Delaware. He also participated in the Executive Development Program of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
