New John P Strohm/Dylan In The Movies Record Drops

STONINGTON, CT (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — American Laundromat Records is proud to announce the release of So Long City Skies, a 7" vinyl split single featuring brand new original tracks by indie-rocker John P. Strohm (Blake Babies, Lemonheads, Antenna), and Boston-based Dylan In The Movies. Mastering for vinyl was done by Sean Glonek at SRG Studios (Frank Black, Matthew Sweet, Kristin Hersh), and the sleeve was designed exclusively by Rhode Island Illustrator Melinda Rainsberger (melindathemartian.com). Only 500 hand-numbered copies pressed worldwide. Official street date March 13th, SRP $5.00, and distribution exclusively by Darla Records.

"This is really a special release — Strohm recorded his track in Brooklyn, NY with a little help from the Silos, and Dylan in the Movies teamed up with legendary Gary Smith (Pixies, Throwing Muses, Juliana Hatfield), & producer/engineer Brian Brown (Kristin Hersh, Tanya Donelly, Billy Bragg) to record his track at Fort Apache Studios." Joe Spadaro, ALR founder
