Rap Concerts Down Under Postponed Due To Visa Problems

AUCKLAND, NZ (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Thursday night’s planned Roc Tha Block concert at Vector Arena in New Zealand has been postponed until September 1st due to a delay in processing the rappers’ visas to Australia.

Controversial rapper Akon has not yet received permission to enter the country from Australian immigration authorities. Other artists appearing on the tour, including The Game and Naughty By Nature, have already been cleared.

All five dates on the Australia-New Zealand tour have been pushed back due to the delay, which has also forced support acts Juelz Santana and MIMS office the tour. They will be replaced by Latino hip hop artist Pitbull and “Thong Song” singer Sisqo.

Ticketholders unable to attend the rescheduled dates will be eligible for a full refund from Ticketmaster. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
