LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Barbra Streisand has announced plans for a new tour and a new album, both set to debut later this year.
The live part of the equation kicks off on August 2nd at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and will stop at 8 other major markets in the US and Canada, including New York's Barclays Center; Chicago's United Center, Boston's TD Gardens and Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
Following the tour, her new album “Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway” will hit the shelves, featuring Streisand performing duets with some yet-to-be-named but notable singing Hollywood personalities.
This will be Streisand’s third Broadway-focused album, following 1985’s “The Broadway Album” and 1994’s “Back to Broadway”. – Staff Writers
