NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The String Cheese Incident has announced that they will be playing three concerts in New York City this winter. The first two shows will be on December 28th and 29th at The Theater at Madison Square Garden while the New Years bash will take place at the legendary Radio City Music Hall.
This year String Cheese is abandoning their usual New Years craziness – usually involving themes and audience participation – for a more traditional rock & roll show. Concertgoers who bring 10 non-perishable food items to the New Years Eve event will be given an exclusive food drive poster. Donations will be divided up between local affiliates of America’s Second Harvest Food Share and the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation located in South Dakota.
The New York City concerts will provide a change of scenery for the band who will be recording their fifth studio album this winter with producer Malcolm Burns in Boulder, CO. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
