The Boss And E Street Set To Tour

HARTFORD, CT (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — October will be a good month for Bruce Springsteen fans. Coinciding with the October 2nd release of the his new studio album on Columbia entitled Magic, Bruce and the E Street Band have announced a major fall tour of the U.S. and Europe. It will be the group's first touring foray since their 2002-2003 'The Rising Tour.'

Bruce Springsteen's longtime manager Jon Landau said, "'Magic' is a high energy rock CD. It's light on its feet, incredibly well played by Bruce and the members of the E Street Band, and, as always, has plenty to say. It's also immensely entertaining. 'Magic' is the third collaboration between Bruce and Brendan O'Brien and is a culmination of their very productive creative relationship." Currently, the first single from the new album, "Radio Nowhere" is being featured on iTunes and is available for free download.

Kicking off in Hartford, CT at the Hartford Civic Center, the tour will continue into December where the final confirmed date will see the Boss in Belfast.

Tickets are already on sale for the Hartford show and will be available in early Sept. for the Philly and New Jersey dates.
