LISBON, Portugal (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — British punk-legends The Exploited have been forced to pull out a tour of Europe after frontman Wattie Buchan suffered a heart attack on stage during a performance in Lisbon on February 13th.
The Exploited had been touring with Hatebreed and Napalm Death as a part of the "Tour of Chaos."
In a statement released following the incident, a spokesperson for the band wrote: "We are sorry to say that due to a severe illness that Wattie can't continue with the tour. He will be in hospital for at least a week. Thanks for all the get-well messages. Much appreciated. Regards." – Staff Writers
