SAN FRANCISCO, (CelebrityAccess) — Ticketmaster rival Ticketfly has expanded its footprint in the Southern United States with the addition of 12 venues, three festivals, one promoter, and one professional sports team to its client roster.
The new client list include Mavericks, Sam Galloway Concerts and Moonfest in Florida; Variety Playhouse, The Stage on the Bay, and Many Rivers to Cross festival in Georgia; The Civic Theater, The Joy Theater and the NAHL team the Mudbugs in Louisiana; Grey Eagle Tavern, and Charlotte Rennsaisance Festival in North Carolina; Charleston Music Hall in South Carolina; Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, High Watt and the Hi-Tone Cafe in Tennessee; and Stampede Houston in Texas.
Other recent additions include Bowery Ballroom and Mercury Lounge in New York City and Jam Productions in Chicago to the Ticketfly client roster.
The expansion comes after last month's rollout of integrated ticket sales through streaming music service Pandora. Pandora acquired Ticketfly last fall for the princely sum of $450 million.
