NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Jody Wenig and Paul LaMonica, long time experienced agents of Associated Booking Corp., have formed their own full service agency, WLA (Wenig-LaMonica Associates agency), located in Tarrytown New York.
The long time industry veterans helped developed and guide the careers of some of the top names in the touring industry in their thirty (30) years each at Associated Booking Corp.
The two have also created packaged shows including the B.B. King Blues Festival, Hot Summer Nights, starring Al Jarreau and Friends, and Jazz Explosion packages. Early in their career the two developed tours for Bob Marley and Peter Tosh, and continue an active reggae roster including Beres Hammond and Third World.

ABC (founded by Joe Glaser, who was Billie Holiday’s agent, and has been run for decades by Oscar Cohen) is one of the oldest booking agencies in America.
ABC reported to CelebrityAccess “that nothing has changed and we are still open.”
