LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess)The Latin Grammys took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas last night, with several highlights.

Rosalia went home with the best urban/performance award for “Malamente,” which was significant considering the competition: J Balvin’s “Mi Gente” with Beyonce and Daddy Yankee’s nomination alongside the Puerto Rico Symphony Orchestra.

Will Smith joned Marc Anthony and Bad Bunny with a show kickoff, performing “Esta Rico,” rapping in some really cool threads.

Kane Brown also showed up to present best salsa album to winner Victor Manuelle for “25/7.”

JOrge Drexler won three awards: song and record of the year for “Telfonia” and best singer-songwriter album for Salvavidas de Hielo.

Superstar Carlos Vives rocked out and, most notably for the evening, Mana accepted its Latin Recording Academy’s Person of the Year award by announcing its next world tour, igniting responses on social media.
