(CelebrityAccess) — Star Events Ltd., the UK staging and production company, has been acquired by entertainment industry entrepreneur David Walley.
Star Events has been supplying equipment and production services for the entertainment industry in the UK for more than 4 decades. The company has provided stages for major festivals such as British Summer Time Hyde Park, Download Festival, Adele, and the Spice Girls.
“Star is one of the great names of the UK events industry. They have an inspiring legacy and are both trusted and innovative. We are looking forward to integrating them into the business and adding value to all of our clients,” David Walley.

Star Events is one of the latest in a string of entertainment-related companies Walley has acquired in the last 12 months including Mobile Promotions, BluePeg, and Beautiful Minds.
The Star Events acquisition was first reported by UK music news site Access All Areas.
