LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — The annual LIVE UK Summit conference and networking event announced plans for a new venue, and a new date as well as a host of new panels and features for the one-day industry confab.
This year’s Summit is set to take place on Wednesday 30 October a London’s newly-opened Hard Rock Hotel and its convention space Great Cumberland Place.
Expanded conference sessions at this year’s event will include Everyday People, covering diversity and gender balance issues, and Down To Earth, focussing on sustainability. They join Guardians of the Galaxy (international booking agents), Taking Care of Business (concert promoting), The Social Network (digital interaction) and more.
This year, the Summit will focus on the new generation of professionals driving the industry and new technologies that can help to leverage the strengths of the live music sector.
Organizers anticipate more than 300 delegates to attend the event this year, ranging from grassroots to national event promoters, festival organizers, operators of venues from clubs to stadiums, artist managers, booking agents, service providers, industry organizations and politicians.
