BERN, Switzerland (CelebrityAccess) — AllBlues Konzert AG and Kultur & Gastro Holding AG announced that the noted Swiss jazz promoter AllBlues Konzert AG has been sold to the Bierhübeli family, owners of the Bierhübeli concert venue in Bern.
Founded in 1994 by Johannes Vogel, Elisabeth Bichsel Vogel and Daniel Silvestri, AllBlues has been staging jazz concerts in major classical concert halls in Switzerland for three decades. The company organizes the concert series “Jazz Classics, taking place at venues such as Tonhalle in Zurich, KKL in Lucerne, and Victoria Hall in Geneva along with the Zurich Jazznojazz Festival, which first took place in 1998.

During the discussions, it quickly became clear that we share the same values and pursue the same goal: to be commercially successful with high-quality and culturally valuable concerts,” explains Johannes Vogel , founder and managing director of AllBlues Konzert AG. “I will continue to support the company to ensure a smooth transition.”

The deal will go into effect by July 1, 2025, according to the companies. The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
