NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) – Troy “Tracker” Johnson is set to launch his own management company, TRACK mgmt, in January 2025, after nearly a decade with Big Loud Management. The new Nashville-based full-service management firm will be a partnership with Live Nation. It will kick off with a roster of artists, including HARDY, Dallas Smith, Jake Worthington, and McCoy Moore, all of whom are transitioning with Johnson from Big Loud Management. Managers Emily Smith and Drew Magid will also be joining TRACK mgmt.
Johnson expressed his excitement, saying, “It’s been a long time coming for TRACK mgmt, and now seems like the perfect time to make it a reality. I’m beyond grateful for the Big Loud partners… for not only having a hand in my journey but also providing me with so much support.”
Big Loud partners Seth England, Joey Moi, and Craig Wiseman praised Johnson’s journey, saying, “Working with Tracker for over a decade… has been incredible. As Big Loud concludes its artist management venture at the end of 2025, we couldn’t be prouder to see Tracker embark on his entrepreneurial path.”
Big Loud Management will wind down by the end of next year as the company shifts its focus entirely to its record and publishing divisions. England explained, “Prioritizing a greater work-life balance is something at the top of my mind now that I am a father of two. This shift is a return to my first love,” referencing his commitment to Big Loud’s label and publishing sides.
While Big Loud’s management division is wrapping up, its roster still includes artists like Jagwar Twin, Ashley Cooke, Lauren Watkins, and Mackenzie Porter. Johnson, whose nickname stems from his skills as a tour manager, has also worked with major acts like Morgan Wallen, Florida Georgia Line, and Chris Young.
