LAS VEGAS (CelebrityAccess) — The Las Vegas Raiders have released their 2024 Impact Playbook, highlighting the organization’s efforts in sustainability, equity, and community engagement. The report provides an overview of the Raiders’, Allegiant Stadium’s, and the Raiders Foundation’s initiatives to support the Las Vegas community over the past year.

Key highlights from the 2024 Impact Playbook include:
- Community Investment: The Raiders Organization, including the Raiders Foundation, provided over $1.7 million in grants and in-kind donations to local nonprofits and educational programs. Events like the inaugural Silver & Black Gala raised $500,000 for the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Resiliency & Justice Center.
- Sustainability Efforts: Allegiant Stadium received two Green Sports Alliance Play to Zero Awards for its renewable energy and water conservation initiatives, establishing itself as a leader in environmentally sustainable sports facilities.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: In 2024, the Raiders ranked in the 90th percentile among NFL teams for diversity. Internal employee resource groups, such as FIERCE, BASED, PACE, and FAMILIA, continued to foster a culture of inclusion and professional development.’
