Aramark To Buy Fine Host

Philadelphia-based managed-services company Aramark has an agreement to buy food service competitor Fine Host Corp for $100 million in cash.

Greenwich, Connecticut-based Fine Host, which posted $300 million in annual sales last year, provides food service at 900 locations nationwide, including schools, stadiums, arenas, convention centers, businesses, healthcare facilities and prisons.

The deal is subject to regulatory approval.
