Artie Kwitchoff Buys Sphere Entertainment Complex


BUFFALO, NY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Artie Kwitchoff of Funtime Presents purchased the Buffalo, New York, legendary nightclub and entertainment facility Sphere Entertainment Complex. He was announced as the new owner at a farewell party for Joseph Guagliardo, the previous owner, on March 26th.

Kwitchoff has worked with Funtime Presents, Clear Channel Entertainment’s Buffalo office, and has managed the Goo Goo Dolls.

The first show at the Sphere under the new management was Alter Bridge, in April 3rd. Other shows booked for this month include Sum 41 and Muse. Ryan Adams and Chevelle are booked for May.

The club currently has four rooms, including a 1,200-capacity main nightclub, a 420-capacity bar, a 150-capacity comedy club and a 100-capacity jazz room.
