BILOXI, MS (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — The Sun Herald is reporting that a 14 year old girl who suffered second and third-degree burns last November at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum has filed a lawsuit against the venue.
The girl was in the front row of “The Showdown Tour” when sparks from a pyrotechnic display fell between her legs and set her dress on fire. According to the complaint on file the show did not have a permit from the local fire department for the fireworks.
Other than the Coliseum the suit also named Darline Bush, George L. Bush, Barbara Morgan, Club Illusions Inc., the Wackenhut Corp., Wackenhut Services Inc. and The Showdown Tour Rap Show as defendants in the case. –by CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
