LONDON (AP) — Charlie Presburg, previously managing director of Pollstar UK Ltd, has joined Ents24, the online live entertainment guide.
The appointment of Presburg re-enforces Ents24's aim to become an invaluable resource not only for entertainment fans, but also for industry professionals who want to gain maximum exposure for their live events.
Charlie spent 17 years at Pollstar UK Ltd having helped set up the US based company's London operation in 1995. He has relocated from London to the west country and brings 20 years industry experience to Bristol-based Ents24 which was established in 1999.
His job will help to cement Ents24's position with the live music business as well as establishing new relationships with the industry. Ents24, which currently has up to 2 million online users a month, provides 24 hour information on nationwide upcoming tours, festivals and shows and enables its users to also purchase tickets via the major ticketing agencies.
