CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Chicago-based music news website Consequence Of Sound has announced that they are adding film reviews to the heady stew of content already on offer.
The website has made a name for themselves since their debut in 2007 with news, reviews and features focusing on both established and "under the radar" artists.
The new film offerings at CoS will be overseen by new Film Editors Justin Gerber and Dominick Mayer, who, with their team, will produce weekly reviews and features.
"I love music because it takes me to places I've never seen," said CoS Editor In Chief Michael Roffman. "I love film because it takes me to places I actually get to see. That's why I felt it was important to finally embrace the latter on Consequence of Sound. And to be fair, we've always covered it in spirit. Whether it's random references we've laced in our thousands of reviews or more blatant fare like Cinema Sounds or Sound to Screen, we've dipped our toes in film. Now, we're ready to dive in."
