(CelebrityAccess News Service) – Hard Rock Cafe International, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Rank Group, has promoted David Catalano to chief operating officer. In this capacity, he will oversee operations for all domestic, international, corporate and franchise owned cafes. Catalano is also responsible for research and development, the retail department and group sales. He previously served as vice president of operations for Hard Rock.
"In his newly expanded role, we look forward to David further enhancing Cafe operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and extending the Hard Rock Cafe brand," said Mike Smith, chief executive of The Rank Group Plc.
