GLASTONBURY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Michael Eavis, organizer of the hugely successful Glastonbury Pop Festival, will be awarded an honorary Doctor of Arts degree from the University of Bath, reported BBC.co.uk. The presentation will take place December 13th.
The show, which Eavis began organizing over thirty years ago, has grown to become the largest rock festival in Europe, bringing in about 100,000 fans.
