LOCHEM, Netherlands (CelebrityAccess) — RFID cashless payments provider Intellitix has acquired a controlling stake in token-based payment business Loc Pay Systems, and its portfolio of more than 200 European fest and venue clients.
Netherlands-based LOC Pay Systems will continue to operate from its current headquarters in Lochem with CEO Roland Wassink continuing to helm the company.
The integration of the two companies will give LOC Pay Systems clients access to Intellitix's RFID Cashless technology, while providing Intellitix with a larger foothold in Europe.
