LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation has released their annual proxy statement ahead of their scheduled shareholder meeting on June 20, and announced the slate of candidates for their 2016 Board of Directors.
The list of director-nominees include Mark Carleton, Jonathan Dolgen, Ariel Emanuel, Robert Ted Enloe, III, Jeffrey T. Hinson, Margaret “Peggy” Johnson, James Iovine, James S. Kahan, Gregory B. Maffei, Randall T. Mays, Michael Rapino and Mark S. Shapiro.
None of the board members up for election are new additions to the board and Liberty Media's Greg Maffei, if elected, will continue to serve as the board's chairman. – Staff Writers
