NASHVILLE, TN (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Tim McGraw will have his first day in court in his legal battle with his label, Curb Records with a November 29th hearing to determine if he can record new music before the case is settled.
Curb Records filed suit against McGraw in May, claiming that McGraw had breached his contract with them by delivering a new album too quickly after the release of his previous effort. McGraw filed a suit of his own, seeking a release from Curb.
According to the Tennessean, even if McGraw wins the November hearing, the case likely won't be fully resolved until at least after July, 2012. – CelebrityAccess Staff Writers
