ORILLIA, ON (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation president and CEO Michael Rapino was the recipient of an honorary doctorate of commerce from his former Alma Mater, Lakehead University.
According to Thunder Bay News, Rapino was presented with the honor at the university's Faculty of Business Administration’s convocation ceremony.
“I got lucky,” Rapino said while addressing the graduating class. “I found my passion early. That was kind of my north star. I didn’t stop pursuing my dream of doing it bigger and on a grander scale and it took me from Thunder Bay to Toronto to New York to Los Angeles.” – Staff Writers
