(CelebrityAccess)–Home entertainment industry trade association the Digital Entertainment Group (DEG) has elected Mike Dunn, president of Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, as its chair for a two-year term.
It also named Matt Strauss of Comcast Cable as vice chair, Sofia Chang of HBO as CFO, and Mike Fasulo of Sony Electronics, who will continue as secretary. Outgoing chair Ron Sanders of Warner Bros. Worldwide Home Entertainment Distribution will serve as ex-officio.
New board members include Bill Sondheim of Cinedigm, Ron Geller of Dolby, Jeffrey Lawrence of Intel and Jim Kiczek of Samsung.
Also announced by the DEG, James Finn of 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will serve as the communications committee's chair, and Walt Disney Studios' Liz West will serve as the committee's vice chair.-Staff Writers
