Perkins, Assistant General Manager of the RBC Center / Carolina Hurricanes in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a 30-year industry veteran whose career started in 1976 as the assistant manager for Pinkerton’s Sports Division at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
