(CelebrityAccess MediaWire) — Premier Exhibitions, Inc., a major provider of museum quality touring exhibitions
throughout the world, has signed a multi- million dollar joint venture with Jam Exhibitions, a new division of independent concert and special events promoter Jam Productions, and Michael Cohl’s Concert Productions International (CPI) to
produce a series of new touring exhibitions.
Their first initial joint venture is to co-produce a tour of "Bodies … The Exhibition" to be presented in four major markets.

Premier Exhibitions received $500,000 for the purchase of 300,000 shares of the company's common stock by one of the joint venture partners as consideration in the over-all co-production undertaking.
