ROOKLYN (CelebrityAccess) – Barclays Center and Jay Z's Roc Nation Music have struck a multi-year agreement that will see Roc Nation providing content for the venue, including Roc Nation artist performances, festivals, TIDAL events, and emerging artist showcases.
The deal will also see Jay Z perform annually at the 19,000-capacity Brooklyn-based arena. Jay Z helped to open the Barclays Center in 2012, performing an 8-night stand there as the venue's first performing artist.
“We’ve been fortunate that many of Roc Nation’s top artists, such as JAY, Rihanna, and Kanye West have performed at Barclays Center and this alliance only further solidifies our great relationship,” said Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark.
