NEW YORK, NY (CelebrityAccess MediaWire) – Sarah McLachlan has announced plans for a major North American tour in the winter and spring of 2011.
Dubbed "Sarah and Friends", the tour is set to kick off on New Year's Eve with a show at Circus Maximus in Caesars Atlantic City and run through the winter before winding down with a gig at St. Denis in Montreal on March 21st.
Sarah’s two friends and band members, Butterfly Boucher and Melissa McClelland, will also have an opportunity to perform on their own with short sets.
McLachlan is touring in support of "Laws of Illusion", her first album of new material in seven years. The album is Sarah's seventh studio effort and dropped in June, debuting at #2 on Candian charts and #3 on the Billboard 200.
